One team/ One dream is their motto but this is a hard core, backstabbing sales environment with aggressive sales goals. The music festivals and sports properties are overpriced and the market knows that and it makes selling AEG extremely difficult. If you want a sales job with aggressive sales goals and the risk of losing your job in 6 months......this is your place. Don't be fooled with the music and sports of it because it's not that cool if what you are selling as no value in the marketplace. Re: benefits - 401k doesn't kick in until 12 months of work but with aggressive sales goals most folks don't make a year of employment
