      Pros

      Remote working is the only some what benefit you could even say.

      Cons

      Where do I start - no onboarding in anyway - equipment not given to anyone on time -no training of any sort management lean on staff for opinions for this then are not happy at the conclusion. - toxic atmosphere on team calls - management don’t really do anything but check what the pipeline is once a week. - contracting your own job is a nightmare.

      HR behaves like a mafia, they use pms to threaten and harass you when they want to get rid of you. awful experience. I was inform that this kind of behavior is not new.
