Pros
A genuinely great product with a clear management structure that has an effective and well-thought out strategy. I'd be very comfortable staying here for a long period. The ethos is on clear targets, accountability, and does so whilst retaining a supportive and family structure. Lots of room to mould your own personal development and career path, with a leadership team that is always willing to listen.
Cons
It's a well-funded but ultimately small-ish business that fights above it's size in a global pond. Small marketing department, but then the product does a lot of the talking.
