Pros
None. There genuinely is nothing positive I have to say about the organization.
Cons
-Significantly below market pay rates. -Deceitful leadership which deliberately engages in labor violations (Google "ADT Union Lawsuit", you'll find quite a few). Guess how they can keep the pay rates so low? -Leadership which deliberately insulates themselves from failures. In the last 6 months, many employees were laid off. Despite their failure to lead the organization appropriately in causing a layoff, they still retained their yearly bonuses for failing at their jobs. -Leadership which deliberately engages in nepotistic hiring practices. Multiple Google alum (Google owns part of ADT) have been hired since the layoffs, despite ADT alleging that the process was a REDUCTION in workforce that caused the layoffs. -Leadership which ignores the overwhelming concerns and desires of their workforce. Return to office was forced for all in person employees even if they were unable to be vaccinated around March of 2021, exposing employees to significant and unnecessary health risks. -Leadership which replaces you with the very people you were asked to train. On the day I was laid off I was to interview a candidate, and many of the interns continued into their role at ADT. This left me with the observation that I was used to replace myself with cheaper labor. -Leadership chose not to adjust raises along with inflation during one of the highest periods of inflation in recent U.S. history I could go on, but you get the gist. This place is the single worst organization I have made the mistake of working for.
