Pay is good but mostly where the pros stop tbh

Cons are as follows strict guidelines for contracts and back to back calls to get a bunch of info filled out for every customer, rude customers, no real way to actually help customers with billing disputes, troubleshooting and having to deal with older customers who are disabled and cant be helped so you have to then send a technician put and charge them. Causing anger.
