Pros
Excellent Benefits (and cheap, too) Tuition Reimbursement Potential for monthly bonuses ...you don't really have to work very hard, and chances are as long as you don't go over the attendance policy, you will never get fired (even if you suck at your job)
Cons
This is a place where even the management doesn't like their job. Morale is very low amongst all workers, and turnover is the highest I have ever seen. Standards for hiring have dropped recently, there are alot of people that can't even speak properly to customers that are being hired. Training classes have been growing in size, yet they can't hang on to enough people to keep service levels in an acceptable range
