Pros
Health Benefits, decent training, not much more. They actually have very good health insurance and 401K. It was the only reason I stayed as long as I did. They do invest in training, which was sad given the rest of the system they used.
Cons
Commission only, overpriced product, system easy to hack and others steal your leads. Why spend $39 a month when you get much the same for $15, and you don't have someone else owning the equipment? One guy makes money there, and he knows how to go into the system and vists the leads you're guaranteed to get before you even get the report. So they've already been sold or rejected you before you arrive.
