Great values if the company could actually get 100% buyin.
Cons
Middle management only care about their quarterly bonuses (Area and Regional Managers) and don't care about the front line managers or employees. They don't care about the moral or how much stress they put on their teams. They will even make up false cases against indivduals they decide they no longer like and will never listen to both sides of a story. If someone says something about another person they are quick to judge that what is being said is true. Employees fear for their jobs and won't speak out when they see something wrong occurring because if they do they are retaliated against.
