-No Help From Upper Level Management Whatsoever -Lack of Training at Local Level -Corporate has no clue what goes on Locally -100% Commision Based -No Base Pay -High Expectations -Micro-managed if not making numbers

Pros

Good company to work for, huge customer base and big brand that sells itself. They pay well when you get deals signed. You get a lot of freedom when you perform well

Cons

Pay is full commission. It’s a lot of self hunting and prospecting, Not a big deal but that’s a deal breaker for some. A lot of the job you learn as you go, you’ll start to get familiar with the equipment and the sales process. When you don’t perform you will be micromanaged. Company does not like to “fire” so they will ride you to help you get on. Track if you’re not making quota.
