Singapore and HK Branch office is run by wrong people. Management doesn't have a background of Financial services. Too many employees are hired because of connections. Too many employees are not performing well because they're demotivated and their best is not enough. This company is run by mediocre management who are covered by high end employees that eventually leaves. Has a very high turn over rate.
