1. HQ in Shanghai (China) downtown with great colleagues, cheese/wine after work 2. Because of the chaotic/toxic management, it is a great place to learn how to deal with politics and acquire (real) management skills surrounded by talented people as you get first hand experience with how not to manage people 3. Strong interest in trying out the latest trending technology
Cons
1. There is no real vision. A lot of promises to customers but no actual plan to execute it. They are passionate sales people but with zero technical execution 2. Politics, lies and inability to execute a plan are killing the business 3. The HR doesn't care about the employees, no salary raises, very likely to be laid off for no reasons or because you tried to argue with a decision by the top management
