      Pros

      The great talents was the ONLY MOTIVATION in this company.But we were all tired from management's stupid and irrational decisions. All the great people already left the company.

      Cons

      The French people has the authority over this company. They are all about ideas and imaginations. They don't know how to retain talent. They hire un-experienced people who does not know how to work because their managers are not experienced too. Beware, don't get fooled to work for them. The company is losing money. They treat Chinese people like dirt.

      Toxic Management and Unrealistic Plans

      1. HQ in Shanghai (China) downtown with great colleagues, cheese/wine after work 2. Because of the chaotic/toxic management, it is a great place to learn how to deal with politics and acquire (real) management skills surrounded by talented people as you get first hand experience with how not to manage people 3. Strong interest in trying out the latest trending technology

      Cons

      1. There is no real vision. A lot of promises to customers but no actual plan to execute it. They are passionate sales people but with zero technical execution 2. Politics, lies and inability to execute a plan are killing the business 3. The HR doesn't care about the employees, no salary raises, very likely to be laid off for no reasons or because you tried to argue with a decision by the top management
