ADAM Architecture is hands down the best place I’ve ever worked. I was only with the company for about four weeks as a Legal & Procurement Lead, but I had to leave for personal reasons that had nothing to do with the company or the role. Even though my time was short, it was genuinely fantastic.
Right from day one, I felt welcomed and supported, everyone is warm, kind, and down-to-earth. The Directors are approachable and the whole culture is super collaborative and respectful.
The induction process at ADAM is excellent. HR is really supportive. At my previous companies, induction often meant just an hour with an HR representative or, if you were lucky, maybe a couple of hours. At ADAM, however, they guide you through every aspect of the business. You’re introduced to people naturally, you meet other new starters, and the whole process really takes away the stress and awkwardness that can come with those first few weeks in a new company
ADAM Architecture is really at the top of its game when it comes to country houses and listed building projects. If you’re coming in for a Legal Role, you’ll have amazing support from Alison and Mark, they’re not only great at what they do, but genuinely lovely and charming people too. Hugh, the MD, is a real gentleman in the best way.
If you’re after a company that actually cares about work-life balance and makes you feel valued, I can’t recommend ADAM Architecture enough.
P.S. The London office at Somerset House is honestly one of a kind, you’ll be working in a stunning historic building with views that look like something off a postcard.
