Time off for school holidays is paid

Cons

Wholly mismanaged to the point it is dangerous. Staff not well trained. Staff care more about being liked than maintaining order or safety. Personal matters and opinions leak into professional decisions. Favouritism. Cliques. No natural consequences. Illegal working practices such as not facilitating planning time for teachers. Misleading visiting professionals. No consistency with regards to rules, structure, or interventions. Staff not cared for or valued.

Pros

There are supportive staff who do work hard and genuinely care about their teams.

Cons

A lot of nepotism goes on, and there are colleagues who will bully you if you don't fit in. Toxic leadership and lack of development if you don't fit into a clique. Some people will try to throw you under the bus if they can get away with it.
