Unorganized and chaotic - Payroll ACS Security, Inc. Employee Review

As soon as I got the job I was sure I would be fired. The owner is very involved and is unkind. The company records and listens to your conversations with coworkers (about life, personal things and them) and use it against you, I have seen it happen. They also do not give you write ups, one mess up and they have the check ready to go(there is not adequate training) no one wants to train you when they know ur there to take their job! There are safety concerns and the is not a clear outline of job responsibilities.
