Interview

Met with the HR and the VP during my first interview. They asked pertinent questions for the job and clearly outlined their expectations for the position. I then met with the director of Patrol who made very clear what he was looking for all while being very professional.

It was easy, unqualified people asking me irrelevant questions. The more I stayed I realized its a mom and pop business, with shaky values and care even less for employees.

I found a telemarketer ad online. I came in for an interview. Met the sales manager. He was a nice guy and excited to bring me on. Met the owner after. The owner was pretty intimidating but I could tell he ran a tight ship. Started working the next day.
