      Owners truly care about their employees. Family style atmosphere, great pay, great people.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but as a family style company, the expectations are higher and you work hard. If you will not be a dedicated, invested, and loyal employee with a great work ethic, it's probably not the place for you.

      Willing to train, great technology, observe most holidays. This is a great company to get your feet wet and learn the industry.

      Cons

      No bonus structure for contract renewals, employee salary is not compatible with the industry standard.
