      Watching TV while taking calls

      Very little on site supervision.

      Cons

      Office supervisor was not aware of how to help and answer questions, my co-worker watches TV while taking calls and supervisor is oblivious to this.

      Pros

      Good experience, most of the management is okay, but some aren't great.

      Cons

      Doesn't train thoroughly, just throws you into work. Management isn't great. Empty promises. Work politics are the worst.
