      Salary is good pay. Snacks for employees.Working environment is good. Coworkers are friendly.

      Cons

      Poor career advancement. Low opportunities for training. Suffered from micromanagement. My manager likes to correct tiny details instead of looking at the big picture.Take back delegated work before it is finished if she finds a mistake in it.

      Willing to train, great technology, observe most holidays. This is a great company to get your feet wet and learn the industry.

      Cons

      No bonus structure for contract renewals, employee salary is not compatible with the industry standard.
