Pros
ABcom ownership ask a lot of their executives and managers. They ask for your best. Your best effort, your best ideas, your best attitude. Cons
I would suppose that if you bring a poor attitude then any workplace will be full of cons. I have been here 3 years so far and I can find no real cons. Just a growing company learning every day how to be better, bigger, stronger. Like any company in that process, they make mistakes, it happens. I am not expecting anyone here to "walk on water." Well, I would guess that if do not like being accountable, then this is not the place for you.
