Hybrid work arrangements still in effect after many other Singaporean and other foreign MNCs force full time back to office. Good culture. Strong trust culture. Good people in general. Inclusive culture. Management listens.
Cons
Pay scale on the mid range. Slow in rolling out more progressive benefits. Wish our branding is stronger with younger generations and more Branding campaign in Singapore.
