Somehow easy entry (but not all what shines is gold) Oportunity to travel abroad a few times for projects

Toxic leadership allows a bad personnel rotation either from experienced people leaving between 1 week to 1 month to 1 year from being in the division, this happens in the other direction by the directive management dismissing people for things that should have been prevented in the earliest project stages or by properly trainning the personnel. Zero work life balance impacts health directly up to the point several people left by medical advise against anxiety and other work related health issues (induced also by unprofessional communication from management)
