Pros
Relaxed working environment, friendly people. Decent compensation package. Many opportunities to advance and move inside the Group. Good as a temporary or beginning job. Lots of trainings, seminars, and other activities for those who like to avoid working
Cons
The organization is overstructured and focussed on its own processes. Reporting and internal routines take more time and effort than reasonably justified and reduce productivity. No clear division of markets and somtimes products between various Divisions and BUs, slow and heavy review and approval process make it a wrong place for implementing your business ambitions
