The office headquarters have a nice location in DC and has a small, family-style working environment.
Cons
Promotions are given base don favoritism, therefore there is not a lot of room for growth. The morale here is a disgrace, and it has been low for years now. The organization has the potential to expand it's outreach is constructed in a more cohesive manner. The working environment here can be uncomfortable due to high tensions amongst departments and allegations over racist behavior from upper management.
