Project stability was concerning at times.

Its an upward moving company in terms of policy and taking care of its corporate employees. Very flexible and generally a good atmosphere to work in.

Cronyism and inability to change and stick with it was a problem. Procedures changed often due to client demand but leadership did a poor job managing expectations. The company laid off more than 250 people in one month with no warning. I was devastated and unable to support family for a while. Hire people with diverse talent and let them teach the company new things no matter what level the employee is on. Relied heavily on long-time employees who started with them
