Interview
Aside from waiting, the process was quick and easy. I came in on time, sat for about 20 minutes because the HR person was in a meeting, and began the interview. Afterward i took a personality assessment and typing test. The interviewer seemed interested in my technology skills and depth of experience in customer service, data entry, excel and other areas. I also thought it she cared when she asked about my hobbies and interests.

Interview
i know a friend whos friend works for this company he was the one who set up this interview for me. The interview did not go according to plan because the person taking the interview did not look like he was even interested in the interview it it looked like i was wasting his time this made me feel uneasy because of this i was not fully able to defend myself against his questions and was able to give a proper explaination for his questions.
