1. No career growth. 2. No cost of living increases. 3. Doesn't pay for accrued vacation time. 4. Hire employees for management that do not have prior experience or great people skills. 5. Pay isn't competitive. 6. Management blocks employees from advancing internally within your own department. 7. AP Manager has no people skills - and seems to dis interested in the company and department. 8. Micro management. 9. Unstructured work environment that encourages back stabbing by employees. 10. Managers doesn't employees to do their jobs and lack trust in their ability to perform.
