Pros

My hardworking fellow franchisees and their families.

Cons

Since Joe Depinto has taken over 7-Eleven, field management turnover has been close to 70%. 7-Eleven franchisees net income is down close to 20% since he has taken over. Most franchisees with gas have lost over $30,000 a year due to Depinto's policy change. In February of 2011, Market 2360 had close to 40% of its franchisees needing to pay SEI just to keep their stores. In Las Vegas, NV, over 100 of the 160 franchisees located there had to pay SEI so they could keep their stores. This company was better run when Jim Keyes was CEO.

Pros

good work value and environment friendly

Cons

The manager would call my phone at 3 am to tell me to unload a truck full of drinks alone, constantly, even though it was never mentioned or docked as pay.

Pros

Steady hours, free drinks, meet an assortment of people, repetitive customers that you get to know and like

Cons

Low pay, bad benefits, and mostly working by yourself unless you're first shift, and then only on weekdays.
