The office infrastructure is modern, clean, and one of the best I've experienced. Some of the highlights include: Free pick-up and drop transportation. Free meals, snacks, juices, ice cream, coffee, and other refreshments. On-site gym and recreational facilities such as video games and other employee engagement activities. Friendly, approachable, and supportive HR team. Supportive managers who encourage collaboration and learning. Open culture where employees can directly interact with senior leadership, including directors. Good opportunities to work on interesting projects with modern technologies. Strong emphasis on employee well-being and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Overall, the workplace has a very positive vibe, making it enjoyable to come to work every day. For me, it has been one of the best companies I've worked for and feels like a dream workplace.
Cons
Promotions can take longer than expected and could be more transparent. Career progression timelines could be improved for high-performing employees. Some internal processes can be streamlined to enable faster decision-making.
