      Pros

      - Great to work alongside intelligent people, I definitely feel the work I do makes a difference each day! - Great learning environment, soft skills and technical skills for sure! - Benefits package is very good with good prospects!

      Cons

      - It's not a con as such but we are expanding very quickly so there is lots to do! But we are all in this together and it will be great to get more people to join us on this journey!

      Pros

      Work on exciting projects with the latest technology. All Directors and CxO level are always on hand to help, great open door policy. Always feel well supported by everyone in the company, has a family feel to it

      Cons

      Be nice to have some more work outside of the Government and offer more rotation on projects. The opportunity to move to other practices would be good

We have done lots on rotation, including targets and weekly monitoring and we've got big growth ambitions so am in no doubt there will be lots of opportunity to new things for those who want to.       Pros

      Good employee benefits e.g. pension, healthcare, nursery etc. Opportunities to grow, very easy to talk to the leadership team directly

      Cons

      Not the best compensation package It can be not easy moving between teams if you're not enjoying your work.
