Pros

Great culture overall, direct manager that really seems to care about you and your well being and lots of learning opportunities

Cons

Executive leaership doesn't seem to care much about individual contributors: - Changed bonus formula from performance to individual billable hours. - Individual have 0 control about, being solely controlled by upper management that decides who will work on each project. - Working on internal projects and practice developments have zero impact on your bonus, as the executive leadership hardly allows managers to consider those on bonuses - Says that they care and hear feedback, but this policy is having constant feedback and pushback from employees, and the only change they made is to add 25% performance factor to the bonus formula. - Addvocate for transparency, but you can't see the kitchen. There has been no disclosure how the bonus formula changed for management and upper management, so it really feels like only individual contributors are taking the hit. - New bonus formula also disencourages employees from taking days off, even though the company has a "unlimited PTO" benefit. Diversity & inclusion are not on the priority list. 95% of directors and executives are white cisgender males. Lastly there has been over 5 changes on the C level board in the past 6 months, leading to uncertainty and insecurity.

Pros

- Competitive benefits & compensation , especially if you negotiate at hiring - Very strong engineers and technical talent across the organization - Good partnership with Google and strong exposure to modern GCP and AI implementations - Leadership at the executive level is professional and generally well respected - Fully remote flexibility with a very nice Chicago office if you choose to go in - Significant investment in AI implementation projects

Cons

- Heavy micromanagement culture within middle management; limited trust given to experienced delivery leaders - Excessive template, process, and reporting enforcement that often prioritizes administrative compliance over actual project delivery. Their confluence space might as well be the manual on how to run a small country. - Reliance on Google referral work often leads to smaller, short-term engagements with tight margins - The consulting model has not fully matured into large, long-term enterprise programs - Private equity ownership appears to create strong margin pressure, and the company experienced significant layoffs in 2025
