Pros
There were good employees there when I started. People who wanted the customers to be heard. The smaller size of the company allows teams to communicate in person as needed.
Cons
The executives did not want to invest time and money into bettering the existing hardware and software, instead spending it on new software and hardware without learning the inherent issues already present. Because of this, those in the support departments were always playing catch-up, unable to get ahead of issues.
