      Great technology and engineering/marketing talent; atrociously poor executive leadership.

      Pros

      - Pay is above average - Great location in SOMA - The technology is interesting and has room to grow - Some great talent in engineering, sales and marketing - Despite the company's age, still a start-up feel

      Cons

      - There is absolutely no semblance of executive leadership - or any leadership at all, for that matter. - Despite being an office of less than 50 people at any given day, in a relatively small space, you will feel disconnected, especially from the e-staff.

      Some great passionate people in engineering, marketing and sales teams. Technology is strong

      No vision. No executive courage. Executives don't care about the employees.

      Nice people still work here

      Cons

      Management is very disconnected from most of the company and unclear as to what people should be doing. It is very unclear as what priorities should be...this has been happening for the past several years. Leadership does not properly empower its employees.
