      Great learning experience with the practice encouraging staff how to improve their skills in particularly in Revit, daylight analysis. Great staff to work with and with great management. A fun office to work in with A healthy work life balance.

      Cons

      Parking was hard to come by for employees.

      Pros

      Great Salary, pension/life cover, fantastic work life balance, amazing team and a Director and managers who actually care about the employees.

      Cons

      Little to no promotion opportunities, but yearly salary rises are good and courses encouraged and funded. A couple more Annual Leave days would be a nice perk,
