Hi There, sorry to hear you felt you were put down. I am not sure this is exactly what you meant as we would never put anyone down in an interview. One of our culture points in the company is respect and something we hold EVERYONE accountable for. Our interviews are fair but they can be challenging as we need to make sure all new team members are a good fit for the company and the company is a good fit for them. We have to ask hard questions, as i am sure all good interviewers do, to prevent taking someone on in a role and then having to let them go because we have not asked touch questions in the interview process. I expect you interviewed for our modelling team. In this, and indeed all our teams, we hold team members to a very high standard.
