I love working for this company and don't intend on going anywhere else. Here you are respected and appreciated as a teacher by the staff whom are great and cooperative and very communicative with the coaches. You are not just a number in this company as there is constant interaction between staff and other teachers as well. Monthly coaches meetings are held with the staff to benefit from new updates on courseware teaching goals methods and to glean the experience of other great teachers on board. The pay here is competitive when compared to other big companies and your booking rate is excellent as you are always being filled. Once can teach and earn as much as they want as there is great flexibility. I am so glad that I stumbled upon this company as I feel that they really go all out to make teachers here feel appreciated and rewarded by giving their teachers accolades and recognition throughout the year. Cons
Platform needs to keep up with competition as far as features like extended drawing tools and perhaps a white board to write supplemental explanatory information..... Teaching area could also be expanded to fill up more of the screen especially if you are teaching on a 12" or 13" screen laptop. Only form of payment is Payoneer which unfortunately does not benefit some teachers that are not US citizens as their transfer fees are hefty otherwise.
