I worked for similar companies in the past and this is a good one for this field. The management is really hands off if you're doing your job. The only issues come from the nature of the job itself. You get a high degree of freedom on your day, but your check can depend quite a bit on luck of the draw. Recovering equipment and collecting payments are how you're going to get big checks. If you stick with it and change up your contact times every day, those slow weeks should be fairly rare, but they happen. Also, don't be afraid to talk to the management. They're great people and will work with you if you have issues. They realize every city is a bit different so the same rules don't work everywhere. There are not many pros that I can think of with this job. The best part about it is the different kind of people you get to work with. Typical call center employees, I mean that in a good way.

Pay and so called commission. Goals are nearly unattainable. Office is too small, turnover is ridiculous. If you don't fit into the office clique, you will be pushed out. Jennifer is condescending and flat out mean, her husband is a terrible flirt. Everything is about them, their focus needs to be on business but it is not. The mother is no better, she comes to the office every few weeks and suddenly becomes your boss.
