Pros

Flexible hours and if you work harder you can possibly make more money.

Cons

You are totally at the mercy of the husband and wife owners. They financially punish contractors and employees if you don't laugh at there jokes, share their same views or hang out with them. Your whole experience would be a series of broken promises, cliques, and manipulation.

Pros

There are not many pros that I can think of with this job. The best part about it is the different kind of people you get to work with. Typical call center employees, I mean that in a good way.

Cons

Pay and so called commission. Goals are nearly unattainable. Office is too small, turnover is ridiculous. If you don't fit into the office clique, you will be pushed out. Jennifer is condescending and flat out mean, her husband is a terrible flirt. Everything is about them, their focus needs to be on business but it is not. The mother is no better, she comes to the office every few weeks and suddenly becomes your boss.

Pros

The pay was not bad for entry level 10.00 per hour

Cons

My co workers sabotaged my work. Called in people for interviews that I did not suggest we do but tried to implicate that I did. As stated above if you don't hang out or participate in the backbiting and gossiping of other employees personal business then you are ostracized and forced out. They told me they were letting me go because I did not fit into their (culture) and that I needed to work in a more professional environment.
