if you are a fresher, you should join the company to gain real world experience, you will learn a lot during your tenure with the company. you would see your personality changing by coming across and succesfully overcoming the challenges.
Cons
immense work pressure, most of the times you would be required to work even after working hours, salary and increment policy is poor, you would require a lot of patience, no work life balance, senior or lead personnel are tend to be so so difficult to deal with, have seen team leads behaving worst with their teams just to meet the target and show the weekly/ monthly report to management, work culture is frustrating and so so hectic.
