      Amazing company and great value add to the recruitment industry. We get to help people find jobs they love and it's a great message

      Cons

      The usual growing pains - communication, meetings, cross-team care & coordination - all take up time that could be spent coding away to glory.

      One should join 2Coms just to learn recruitment apart from this nothing is good.

      Cons

      Growth opportunity is very limited. Behavior of the senior management is not at all good. Log In time is fixed but log out time should always be post 7:30PM. It is just like a jail. At the time of interview it was said that Log In time is at 9:30AM and Log Out is at 7:00PM but unfortunately that is never followed. Salary is never given on time.

      No pros at all for this company

      Cons

      This company is really TORTURE for the employee. They don't have any respect of talent. They will try to keep u under their TOE AND if u raise your voice then u will become their enemy. THERE IS NO SYSTEM AT ALL. SOME OLD FOOLISH PEOPLE RULE OVER THE COMPANY AND NEW COMERS CAN NEVER EVER SURVIVE IN THE COMPANY.
