Pros

Supportive team environment. Management genuinely cared about participants and staff. Strong focus on ethical practice and doing the right thing. Clear expectations and professional standards. Staff reset days were a great way to connect with colleagues. Good workplace culture. Participant outcomes always came first. I worked here for about a year and had a really positive experience. The team was supportive, friendly, and genuinely cared about achieving the best outcomes for participants. There was a strong focus on professionalism, ethical practice, and accountability, which I think is exactly what you want in this field. Management set clear expectations and always put participants first. They were also supportive when I made the decision to move into a different career path and treated me with respect throughout the process. Reading some of the negative reviews was surprising because they don't reflect the workplace I experienced. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but from what I saw, the organisation simply expected staff to meet professional standards, act ethically, and take responsibility for their work. Those expectations were applied consistently and were always centred around providing quality support to participants. No workplace is perfect, but my experience was overwhelmingly positive. I learned a lot during my time there, worked with some great people, and would happily recommend the organisation to others.

Cons

The expectations and accountability can be challenging for some people.

Pros

2b Inclusive is one of the few organisations I have worked for where the wellbeing of both participants and staff is genuinely prioritised. Leadership is approachable, supportive, and actively seeks input from team members. Staff are regularly included in discussions and decisions, and there is a culture of collaboration rather than top-down management. The organisation is deeply committed to providing high-quality, ethical support to participants and ensuring that decisions are made in their best interests. There is a strong focus on person-centred and neuro-affirming practice, and the leadership team consistently demonstrates care and compassion for the people we support. One thing that stands out is the investment in staff wellbeing. Every 12 weeks, the organisation holds staff reset days focused on reflection, connection, self-care, and professional growth. These are meaningful experiences that go far beyond the typical workplace pizza lunch and demonstrate a genuine commitment to supporting staff both professionally and personally. There are excellent opportunities for professional development, clinical support, peer collaboration, and ongoing learning. I have always felt listened to, respected, and encouraged to contribute ideas. When I joined 2b Inclusive, I received support from experienced practitioners, opportunities to observe and learn from colleagues, ongoing supervision, and the clinical lead is ALWAYS available.

Cons

After experiencing the staff reset days, genuine leadership support, and being included in organisational decisions, my expectations of future employers have become unrealistically high.

Pros

2b Inclusive stands out as an exceptional workplace, particularly in the way it invests in its practitioners and upholds strong professional standards. The organisation provides high-quality training, ongoing professional development, and consistent access to clinical, peer, and cultural supervision. There is a strong culture of collaboration, and practitioners are well supported to grow their skills and deliver meaningful outcomes for the people they support. What makes 2b Inclusive especially notable is its commitment to ethical practice and accountability. The organisation maintains clear expectations around professional boundaries and client-centred work, reinforcing that supports must always be delivered with integrity. Recent concerns appear to relate not to the organisation itself, but to the actions of some former (previous) practitioners. There have been instances where individuals have acted in ways that are inconsistent with the ethical standards they previously promoted, including leaving and taking clients with them despite earlier stating they would not engage in such behaviour, among other serious behaviours. These actions raise legitimate concerns about professional integrity at an individual level, rather than reflecting the values or practices of 2b Inclusive. Overall, 2b Inclusive remains a highly reputable and supportive workplace. Its strong focus on training, supervision, and ethical practice sets a high standard, even when contrasted with the conduct of a small number of former staff whose actions do not align with the organisation’s values.

Cons

Nothing from the organisation. It had a group of very toxic staff that thankfully are not longer there!.
