Some of the people there are truly one of a kind and enthusiastically trying to keep the place afloat.
Cons
A unique blend of micro-management and lack of engagement make the employee values ring hollow. Pay freezes have essentially made for pay cuts. Management working in their holidays sets a toxic precedent for their teams.
