Toxic culture, unrealistic targets that most people don't hit. People that speak up with honest feedback will be targeted to be terminated. Most management are coming from Cisco and there is no diversity, if you don't fit in with this club and you dare to give your feedback, you are out, even when they ask for.honest feedback in a 'safe space'. Managers are micro managing, emails need to be send to them before you can send it to your customers, or they will take over a deal and will leave you out. Morale is low and this company is very fake pretending to be a great place to work.
