Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Worked only 12 hours after 4 days of unpaid training before I quit. Received pay for less than 4 hours -- not 12! I have e-mailed and called numerous times over the past 2 months. They act like the cannot find my records. I have given dates and times which can be confirmed with the trainer and supervisor. Worked with trainer and introduced to supervisor on first day workday (8hrs) -- worked with supervisor on 2nd day I worked which was a half-day (4hours). I quit because I was told leads were "warm" and I was calling people who had inquired about services -- NOT! I was told to quit calling by numerous people and I was cursed out twice!

I encourage this agent to reach out to me and we will get the invoicing issues discussed and on the table. The agent's time on the system and their own dispositioning of each call determines the invoice detail. Sadly, some people go through the recruiting, on-boarding and training process and don't always pay attention to how the company operates and then they blame the Invoice Administrator who consistently gets disputes resolved within 24-36 hours. As for data, on outbound programs we ONLY USE INTERNET OPT-IN data. People may have been called before because we may have called and gotten an answering machine or a no answer or they may have gone to several internet sites seeking information. Agents are instructed to code a number DNC (do no call) whenever a person complains about being called.

Pros

The only pro to this company is the fact that you get to 'work' at home.

Cons

This company scams all their employees and their clients.... They are scamming medicare by offering elderly people braces at little to no cost. Little cost meaning they don't have a secondary insurance or an insurance that the company doesnt expect. No cost meaning medicare will be paying for $1200 brace along with your secondary insurance. If you look at all the reviews you will realize no one stated they were there over a year. Once employees start catching on to how the company is scamming out of money they start ending their contracts. They have taken anywhere for $10- $50 out of every check. There are no taxes because your and independent contractor so why is my check short? They try to find every reason to short your check... during training they tell you you will be working 9-6 but during your shift they will find any excuse to cut your hours. When the call volume is low they ask agents to sign off for hours until the volume picks up or they will say that they are having training and want you to go on not ready (not being paid) to attend. Anyone who can rip off elderly people will have no problem ripping their employees off as well.... Stay away... Its better to take $9/hr or paid by talk time jobs and work with legit work at home companies.
