During the recorded voice test they ask many questions about your sales and work at home experience. Rejection, rebuttals time management etc. Availability for the entire training was also important. Since I did the voice test over and over due to the headset issues, my answers varied and I skipped questions about availability trying to hurry and get done. When I spoke to Christine again she had many questions and was in fact feeling out my schedule. I had to convince her she could trust me to do show up for training and work as promised. By the grace of God I was allowed to continue to training, but almost blew my chance. Write down your answers to the questions and keep them until you are done training. If you ever have to repeat like me, you will be ready and avoid the 3rd degree, nothing was unnoticed. The resume is used as a guide plus they will pay to have a complete felony background check before training.
