1) A lot of the people were fired in 1 day with no reason 2) It's hard to break through in growth - technical excellence is not enough 3) Processes are random and change approximately every half of the year 4) The company was sold, so it's a part of the group now. The group's high management is not really interested in the personal company growth and is not aware of the internal company culture. That's causing the immediate role changes, firing people, blocking the salary raise, etc. The company has a hard time because of the high management, I hope it survives in the end

The role provides valuable exposure to partner relationship management and business development. It offers the opportunity to work directly with hotel partners, understand market needs, and contribute to revenue growth. The position also encourages independence and continuous learning.

Some internal processes and partner tools can take time to fully understand in the beginning. More structured onboarding and clearer examples of partner use cases would help new team members become productive more quickly.
