Great work-life balance but instability from upper management
Pros
1) Perfect Work/life balance 2) Agile work hours 3) Ability to grow technically 4) Great team 5) Performance review every half of the year, with the potential for a salary raise
Cons
1) A lot of the people were fired in 1 day with no reason 2) It's hard to break through in growth - technical excellence is not enough 3) Processes are random and change approximately every half of the year 4) The company was sold, so it's a part of the group now. The group's high management is not really interested in the personal company growth and is not aware of the internal company culture. That's causing the immediate role changes, firing people, blocking the salary raise, etc. The company has a hard time because of the high management, I hope it survives in the end
