      Pros

      Very laid-back environment with nice offices. Was just purchased by a larger company, allowing for there to be more capital and IT support.

      Cons

      Technology is behind the times. There is poor communication between departments, with little collaboration. There is high turn-over within all departments.

      Pros

      Great stepping stone to better opportunities. Healthcare pay rocks.

      Cons

      High turnover, it should tell you something that the only positive feedback is from the COO who's not even there anymore. Avoid if you are in Accounting or IT, management rules like an iron fist and you will be miserable.

      The upper management is stuck in their ways. They promote based on tenure not on performance or skills.
