As Managing Director I and ran full operation, setting strategies, and all budgeting. I built the team extensively and acquired key clients with my concepts and handling. I had the opportunity to see the fruitful outcomes of creative projects which set a benchmark.
Cons
No growth opportunities. I played the role of CEO but in an unofficial capacity.
