Understaffed and Overworked, Disregard for Child Safety

The employees that work directly with the children are great people to work with. The provide many benefits beyond other establishments within the same work environments. No weekends.
Cons
EmBe Avera South is SEVERELY understaffed and treats the staff they have like they are worthless worker bees. Ratios can not be attained with the current staff in comparison to the children, yet they push to get more children more than they do to hire new staff. Staff are scolded if they do not take an hour break, but provide no replacements to give breaks. Some days staff are not even able to take a break at all. The state has come into the building several times with no change. The new director is rude and cruel to all employees. The office staff gossips about the behavior of the room staff when it is there fault that staff doesn't take breaks and cannot make kids disappear.
